Do you accept custom orders?

Yes, we do. We can personalize any scent currently in stock. Personalized candles make for great corporate gifts, bridesmaid gifts, etc. Additional scents or sizes may be available with advanced notice.  Email us for a quote.

 

What is your shipping policy?

We offer FREE shipping on all orders within the domestic US.

Orders placed by 5pm EST will typically be shipped within 1-2 business days via UPS or USPS. Most orders placed with free standard shipping will arrive within 4 business days of ship date. Express shipping options are available. Please note that due to COVID-19, carriers have been experiencing shipping delays, so your order may take an extra 1-2 days to arrive. 

 

Where can I find your candles?

We're always online, but we're excited to announce that we now have a few retail partners. For the most up to date list, click here.

 

What is your return policy?

IfPlease email us at info@hopestreetcandle.co and include your order number if you need to start a return. Returns must be started within 30 days of purchase.

 

Do you ship internationally?

We certainly can! We are currently working on setting up our international checkout experience, so if you have a specific question, please email us.
